******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 183 dated 18.07.2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 148 read with Section 149 IPC and 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Civil Line Batala, District Gurdaspur. Heard.

Petitioner absented during trial on 27.09.2016. As per order dated 15.11.2016 passed in this petition, he was directed to surrender before the trial Court.
