Krishna Devi Etc. v. Sohan Singh Etc.
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH FAO 3117 of 2002 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 10.11.2025 Krishna Devi and another ...Appellants
Versus
Sohan Singh and another
...Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellants.
Ms. Manvi Verma, Advocate for the respondent No. 3(vii). *** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.
None is appearing on behalf of the appellants for the last many dates. It is a burnt case and even memo of parties are not available on record. Notice issued to appellants No. 1 and 2 have been received back unserved with the report that they are not residing at the given address and appellant No. 3 is reported to be dead. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal.
2.
In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.
Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
