Mr. Attariwala informs the Court that as per his information the petitioner/complainant has unfortunately died during the pendency of the present revision petition.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the present revision stands abated. However, in case the petitioner is alive he may move an application for restoration of the revision petition. Ordered accordingly.
