(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of accused named in FIR No.203 dated 13.09.2014 registered under Sections 3(1)(x)(xv) and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Phase-1, SAS Nagar (Mohali). Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that all the accused disclosed by the petitioner have been found guilty.
