In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 3/Investigating Officer, to conduct proper investigation in FIR No. 0081 dated 10.09.2017 registered under Sections 458, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Cheema, District Sangrur against private respondents No. 4 to 8. Further, direction be issued to respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur to decide the representation dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, is directed to decide the representation dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure P-2), moved by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, is directed to look into the matter and decide the representation Annexure P-2, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
