CRM M-39748 of 2017 Mr. D.D. Sharma, learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that out of eight witnesses cited by the prosecution, three have been examined. The Bureau shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage Dismissed as withdrawn.
