Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking direction to respondent No.3 not to harass the petitioners. Learned State counsel has referred to reply by way of affidavit of Gurpal Singh Pannu, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarter), Nawashahr. According to her, no threat has been extended to the petitioners. Some civil dispute is pending before the court of Civil Judge, Nawashahr. There is no interference on behalf of the police. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Disposed of.

Petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to file a fresh petition in case any threat is extended to them at the hands of police officials. (Rajan Gupta) Judge April 06, 2015 BB
