As per office report dated 07.07.2025, Mr. Amit Jain, Advocate, representing the appellant was informed about the date fixed in the matter vide Letter No.4605 dated 31.05.2025. Thereafter, on 18.07.2025, the appellant was represented by his counsel. However, again on 03.09.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. 2.

Even today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant has lost interest in the present litigation and he does not wish to pursue the same.

In view of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
