(Oral) The present petition is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to conduct a fair, impartial and expedite inquiry/investigation in to the complaints dated 18.03.2014, 16.04.2014and 28.05.2014 (P-1 to P-3). On notice, a reply by way of affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 2 stating therein that the mother of the petitioner submitted application dated 19.03.2014 against respondent Nos. 5 to 7 for giving threat to her and her family members. The said application was marked to ASI Kailash Chander, who found that F.I.R No. 180 dated 10.12.2013 under Section 406/498-A was registered at P.S.
Kartarpur District Jalandhar against the petitioner, who is son of the applicant and the mother of the petitioner has submitted false complaint with a view to create defense in his favour and to avoid arrest of her son. Thus, it was recommended to file this application, as per enquiry report (R-1/T). With regard to the application dated 16.04.2014 given by mother of the petitioner against respondent Nos.
Crl. Misc. No. M-39699 of 2015 marked to SHO for enquiry and report. SHO conducted the enquiry and found that there is matrimonial dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent No. 4 at Courts in Jalandhar. Thus this application was also filed vide enquiry report (R-2/T).
Another application was filed by mother of petitioner dated 28.05.2014 against respondent Nos. 4 to 7 and police officials for giving threats and beating to her son. This application was marked to SHO, PS Model Town, Hoshiarpur for enquiry, who got conducted the enquiry from ASI Sarwan Singh and it was found that F.I.R No. 180 dated 10.12.2013 under Section 406/498-A was registered at P.S. Kartarpur District Jalandhar against the petitioner. Thus, this application was also filed, vide enquiry report (R-3/T).
To the same effect is the reply filed by respondent No. 3. In view of the detailed enquiry conducted by the police, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Disposed of.
