The present contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 07.12.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.30953 of 2018.

Reply was filed by the respondents annexing order dated 13.08.2019.

In view of order passed, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition. However, he seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law against order dated 13.08.2019.

The contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
