**** SANT PARKASH J.(Oral) (The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in regard to the complaints/representations submitted by the petitioners and to entrust the inquiry/investigation to some independent agency like CIA or by constituting a Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police, as respondent No.4 is taking personal interest in safe guarding the accused person. With further prayer to issue direction to respondent-authorities to consider and decide the pending representations (Annexure P-1 to P-4) moved by the petitioner as well as to issue directions to officials respondents to lodge the FIR against the accused persons after conducting the preliminary inquiry/investigation. At the time of hearing, learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have already moved representation dated 15.06.2021 (Annexure P-4) and appropriate direction be given to the concerned authority to decide the same within a time bound manner, to which learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, District Sonipat to look into the grievances of the petitioners as set out in the petition and also expressed in the representation (Annexure P-4) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
