Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 410 dated 17.11.2014 under Section 395, 412, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa.

Heard.

Co-accused Raghubir alias Ranga, who was similarly situated as the petitioner, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 3.11.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous-M-36638 of 2015.
