HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in compliance of order dated 18.02.2020 passed by this Court in CWP No.4471 of 2020, the respondent has decided the legal notice dated 31.12.2018 by passing order dated 24.08.2020.

In view thereof, present petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. However, it would be open to the petitioner to avail any other alternative remedy against the said order, in accordance with law.
