**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 88 dated 22.9.2017, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Women Cell, Ludhiana. Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 25.10.2017, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.
State counsel states that the petitioners have joined the investigation. He further states that an enquiry was held by AIG, Crime and the petitioners have been declared innocent and they would be filing a cancellation report.
