The present contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 10.01.2019 passed by this Court in CWP-PIL No.4 of 2019.

COCP No.1609 of 2019 -2Replies filed by respondent No.4 and 5 are taken on record. Copy of replies are handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Alongwith reply of respondent No.5, status report dated 10.09.2019 has been annexed. As per status report, all encroachments have been removed except house of one Bhana Ram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition as order of this Court has been complied with. However, he seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law in case aggrieved of non-demolition of house of Bhana Ram.

The contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed for.

The rule issued against the respondents stands discharged.
