In compliance of order dated 27.05.2022, passed in this writ petition, order dated 09.08.2022 (Annexure R-1) has been passed by the Director, Development and Panchayat Department, Haryana. Same is taken on record, subject to just exceptions.

Petitioner's claim has been rejected vide said order dated 09.08.2022. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh challenging above said order dated 09.08.2022 as well.
