Respondents have no objection for giving electric connections to other petitioners as well, provided they apply and file applications duly completed in all aspects.

In view of statement made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, petitioners No.2 to 21 may file their application forms duly completed in all respects. In the event of doing so, respondents No.2 and 3 would take appropriate action in the context of granting electric connections in accordance with law. Needful shall be done by respondents No.2 and 3 within two weeks from the date of receipt of application forms from petitioners No.2 to 21.
