By way of present petition filed under Section 438 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 246 dated 11.11.2022 registered under Sections 176, 177, 181, 198, 200, 205, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at P.S. City Sangrur, District Sangrur.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court within a period of 10 days from today and move an application for grant of regular bail.

In case the petitioner surrenders before trial Court within a period of 10 days from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, trial Court is requested to decide the same within a period of 7 days thereafter.
