**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.42, dated 23.05.2018, under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, registered at Police Station Boha, District Mansa. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tarsem Singh submits that the petitioner stands convicted vide judgment of conviction dated 03.05.2024.

In light of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
