Mr. R.S.Rawat, Advocate for respondent No. 2. **** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 159 dated 27.12.2015 registered at Police Station Barara, District Ambala under Sections 304-B, 302 IPC.
Petitioner is the devar who is in custody for almost a year. The complainant has been examined and has not supported the prosecution version. It is stated that the mother-in-law had been allowed anticipatory bail.
The trial will take time. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
