(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner prays that as the petitioner has not approached the respondents for the redressal of his grievance subsequent to the order passed by this Court in CWP No.21532 of 2016, decided on 21.12.2017, wherein nationalized bank has been held to be a Corporation so as to be covered under the instructions dated 17.01.2014 for the fixation of the emoluments of the Members of the District Consumer Forum and Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, at this stage, with a liberty to approach the appropriate authorities for the redressal of his grievance.
