The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the inquiry report dated 25.10.2019 (Annexure P-2) and order dated 06.02.2020 (Annexure P-4) 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to pursue her remedy, if any, before the department.
