RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 70 dated 26.06.2018 registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
