RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 02.06.2021, Annexure P-16, pending appeal, passed by learned Joint Development Commissioner, Punjab (respondent No.1).

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the main appeal has since been decided and hence the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Learned State counsel also affirms the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
