Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 93 dated 13.06.2018, registered under Section(s) 326, 324, 323, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga.

As per order dated 19.03.2019, passed by this Court in CRMM-8807-2019, earlier bail application, filed by the petitioners, for granting them the concession of pre-arrest bail was dismissed. As such, no case is made out to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners and present petition stands dismissed.
