Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 19.5.2012. All the prosecution witnesses, except one PW Navneet Singh Chatha, have been examined. Navneet Singh Chatha is stated to be resident of Canada and for last two years he is not coming forward for suffering his statement. In view of above, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
