******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) As per report of learned trial Court dated 15.01.2019, petitioner and complainant had not appeared before the trial Court to substantiate the plea taken in this petition that the matter has been compromised and that FIR has also been registered under Section 61 of Excise Act for which the State is an affected party.

In view of the above, this petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 89 dated 26.07.2018 registered at Police Station Rahon, District SBS Nagar has no merits.

Dismissed.
