NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefits of Award dated 31.08.2022 (Annexure P-9) notified by Chandigarh Administration on 27.10.2022, passed by learned Industrial Tribunal and Labour Court, U.T., Chandigarh, to the petitioner. Further a writ of certiorari has been sought for quashing the termination dated 19.11.2004 (Annexure P-6) passed by Punjab Agro Industries Corporation Limited. Further direction be issued to respondents to reinstate the petitioner and to pay full back wages and all other consequential benefits to the petitioner pursuant to Award dated 31.08.2022 (Annexure P-9). After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies, in accordance with law.
