ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of criminal complaint No.39 dated 01.12.2012 filed under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 read with Section 34 IPC as well as the summoning order dated 02.02.2016 (Annexure P4).

Counsel for the respondent submits that the case is now pending before the trial Court for recording the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. A photocopy of the order passed by the trial Court is taken on record as Mark 'B'. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different on the last date of hearing. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
