M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Charanjit Singh, informs that the petitioner has joined investigation. In view of said circumstance, this petition is allowed. Interim order dated 21.11.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioner will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
