*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of direction to respondent No.4 to submit the status report in case FIR No.90 dated 25.10.2015 under Sections 452, 427, 447, 506, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana Rural. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh has apprised the Court that after investigation the cancellation report has been submitted before the Court on 04.02.2019. The matter is now fixed for tomorrow. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
