(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of impugned order dated 17.09.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur in Sessions Case No.160 of 2021 titled as 'State Versus Navdeep Singh and Others' arising out of FIR No.02 dated 01.01.2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 326, 341, 427, 450, 148, 149, 201, 120-B Indian Penal Code, 1860 [Section 109, 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 126(2), 324(4), 332(b), 191(3), 190, 238, 61(2) of BNS] at Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application at such later stage as may be so advised.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
