(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.17 dated 26.01.2018 registered under Sections 20 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sadar Jind. Considering the seriousness of allegations against the petitioner that he was apprehended having conscious possession of 21 kgs 560 grams of charas/cannabis and the fact that charge has already been framed and trial is in progress, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
