RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of order dated 25.04.2022, Annexure P-8, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, Camp Court, Payal, vide which an application filed by the petitioner/husband to stay the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies before the trial Court. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. However, trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude both the proceedings pending under Sections 125 Cr.P.C. and 340 Cr.P.C. expeditiously.
