before trial Court NACT No.10212/2019 and 10209/2019 Date of Institution: 20.03.2019 Under Section 138 read with Section of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 Seeking setting aside of order dated 09.01.2023 (Annexure P-11) and order dated 04.04.2022 (Annexure P-8) passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram whereby the trial Court proceeded to issue non-bailable warrants against the petitioner and initiate proclamation proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. in the case captioned above. 2.
