* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) This petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties by referring all the disputes and differences to the sole arbitration of Mrs. Justice Sneh Prashar, a former Judge of this Court.

All the contentions of the parties including as to limitation and maintainability of the claims also stand referred to the learned arbitrator. The fees shall be as per the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre (CAC) (Administrative Cost and Arbitrators' Fees) Rules, 2014. The parties have agreed that the venue shall be the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre.
