The present petition is for seeking transfer of criminal case from the Court of Hon'ble Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad to any other Court in case FIR No.363 dated 22.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 304-B, 34 and 494 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Kheripul, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the only ground for seeking transfer in the present petition is by making allegations against the Senior Judicial Officer, however, during the pendency of the present petition, the said Judicial Officer has also been transferred from Faridabad and nothing survives in the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
