Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Kundan Lal of Police Station, Rajendra Park, Gurgaon, submits that the allegations levelled by the petitioner regarding the murder of her son were not substantiated and it was found that the son of the petitioner had committed suicide and, as such, the complaint filed by the petitioner has been filed by the police.
