***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.261 dated 17.10.2015, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sohana, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.
Prosecution story in brief is that petitioner alongwith his co-accused forged power of attorney alleged to have been executed by the complainant. On the basis of the said forged power of attorney accused sold the property belonging to the complainant party.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

In the present case allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature. As per the prosecution case petitioner alongwith this co-accused forged power of attorney alleged to have been executed by the complainant-Raj Kumar and Chiranji Lal who were owners of the property in question. On the basis of the forged power of attorney the plot belonging to the complainant party was sold. Petitioner might be required for custodial interrogation.
No ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made out.
Dismissed.
