(Oral) The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to sanction the mutation and incorporate the relevant revenue entries in the jamabandi/revenue records with regard to ownership of the petitioner in furtherance of judgment and decree dated 10.05.2000 (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Authorities for seeking the incorporation of an order dated 10.10.2006 passed by this Court in R.S.A. No.2722 of 2003, in the revenue records.
