Rattu, DAG, Punjab --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.21 dated 18.3.2024 under Sections 452 and 323 IPC, registered at Police Station Taragarh, District Pathankot.

This Court vide order dated 25.4.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 25.4.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
