The instant second petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed hereunder:- Name of Petitioner(s) FIR No. Date Section(s) Police Station Jasbir Singh, aged 23 years 04.04.202 3 and 4 of POCSO Act and Section 61(2) of BNS, 2023 Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural 2.

First bail petition filed by the petitioner i.e. CRM-M-27145-2025 was dismissed by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 03.07.2025, whereas while filing instant petition second time, no such disclosure has been made in the title as well as in the pleadings of the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition being misconceived is dismissed.
