$%& #' Allegations against the petitioners Tejinder Singh @ Golu and Gurtej Singh in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.184 dated 10.10.2015 registered at Police Station Lalru, District Mohali under Sections 323/354/452/ 506/34 IPC, are that on 10.10.2015 they trespassed into the house of the complainant Neelam Rani wife of Sanju Sarpanch and have outraged her modesty.
It is inter alia argued that it is clearly a dispute over borrowing of money by the complainant and that a counter:allegation RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.12.01 14:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court
has been levelled against the petitioners of demanding their money. Both the petitioners are stated to be in custody since 10.10.2015, which is not controverted by learned State counsel. Taking into consideration the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners coupled with the fact that the trial will take a long time to conclude, this Court is of the opinion that further detention of the petitioners in the present case is not warranted. Accordingly, they are ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, SAS Nagar (Mohali). The petition stands disposed off accordingly. & $' ()*+), %
