In view of report of learned District and Sessions Judge, Pathankot, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to petitioner to avail the other legal remedy available to him under the law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid. Interim order dated 17.07.2017 passed in this case stands vacated.
