(Oral) Counsel for the State has argued that despite an undertaking given by the petitioner on 24.09.2021, to deposit a sum of Rs.35,000/- in the trial Court to be paid to the victim Jasvir Singh, towards medical expenses, without prejudice to his right of defence, the same has not been complied with.

Counsel for the State has further submitted that the petitioner has not joined the investigation and is enjoying the interim protection.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions, in this regard.
