Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.193, dated 10.07.2015, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , registered at Police Station P.G.I.M.S. Rohtak, District Rohtak. Heard.

Co-accused Gaurav Dhingra and Satvinder @ Sunny who were similarly situated have been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2015. During investigation `1,10,000/- were recovered from the petitioner. Since, co-accused of the petitioner who were similarly situated have been granted bail by this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtak.
