The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 03.10.2006 (Annexure P-1) whereby respondent has terminated agreement executed between the parties entailing closure of petrol pump.

Mr. Ashish Kapoor, learned counsel for the respondents submits that petrol pump was closed in October' 2006. It was installed over a piece of 8 Kanals land, out of which 3 Kanals have been acquired by NHAI. The lease deed is in favour of respondent-Indian Oil Corporation.

Ms.Harveen Kaur, Advocate submits that she has no instructions from his client and accordingly the petition may be disposed of . 4.
