(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing complaint dated 24.12.2013 (Annexure P-1), summoning order dated 25.05.2016 (Annexure P-4) and order dated 09.09.2017 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad.

Perusal of file shows that petitioners have not complied with orders dated 22.03.2018 and 25.04.2018, whereby they were directed to produce certified copy of order granting them bail and order vide which P.O. proceedings were set aside against them. On 30.05.2018 also, petitioners had gone unrepresented. Even today, none is present on their behalf. Therefore, it can safely be inferred that petitioners have intentionally and deliberately complied with the said orders. In view of above, petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
