        hile deciding CWP-3792-2002, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court took note of the present writ petition i.e. CWP-8722-2002 relating to the same selection, however, the said writ petition was not taken up with the said bunch of petitions. All the writ petitions were dismissed by the Court on 17.11.2011 while passing order in CWP-3792-2002. In view of the fact that the petitioner was not able to get marks upto the merit category at that relevant time and was claiming under physically handicapped category which he suffered subsequently and the selection process having already attained finality long back, no purpose would be served now to examine the present case independently. By efflux of time, the writ petition
