**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he has no more required for custodial interrogation.
Even otherwise the role of the petitioner was that he had introduced the purchaser to the seller and now he has been arraigned as an accused because of the fraud laid by the seller upon the intended purchaser. Given above and considering his role, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 11.10.2021 is made absolute subject to condition as envisaged under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
